Ingredients:

For the Jelly:

  • 2 packs of red jelly mix (strawberry or raspberry flavor)
  • 4 cups of water (2 cups per pack)

For the Creamy Base:

  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup of water (for blooming the gelatin)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Jelly:
    • Dissolve each pack of jelly mix in 2 cups of boiling water.
    • Pour the jelly mixture into a flat dish or mold and let it set in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours, or until firm.
    • Once set, cut the jelly into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Creamy Base:
    • In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over ½ cup of water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
    • Heat the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, or until fully dissolved.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Add the dissolved gelatin and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Assemble the Dessert:
    • Gently fold the jelly cubes into the creamy mixture.
    • Pour the mixture into a large mold or dish.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  4. Serve:
    • Slice into portions and enjoy!
