Ingredients:

  • For the gelatin cubes:
    • 4-5 packs of flavored gelatin (different colors and flavors, such as strawberry, lime, orange, and pineapple)
    • Water (as per the instructions on the gelatin packages)
  • For the creamy base:
    • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 can of evaporated milk
    • 1 cup of heavy cream (optional for extra richness)
    • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
    • 1 cup of water (to dissolve the unflavored gelatin)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the colored gelatin cubes:
    • Follow the instructions on the flavored gelatin packages to make each flavor.
    • Pour each gelatin into separate containers and refrigerate until fully set (about 2-4 hours).
    • Once set, cut the gelatin into small cubes.
  2. Make the creamy base:
    • In a small saucepan, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1 cup of water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
    • Heat the mixture on low, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves completely. Do not boil.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. Stir well.
    • Gradually add the dissolved gelatin mixture to the milky mixture, mixing continuously.
  3. Assemble the mosaic gelatin:
    • Place the colored gelatin cubes in a bundt pan or mold, spreading them out evenly.
    • Slowly pour the creamy mixture over the gelatin cubes, ensuring the cubes are covered.
    • Gently tap the mold to remove any air bubbles.
    • Refrigerate the mold for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  4. Unmold and serve:
    • To release the gelatin, dip the mold in warm water for a few seconds, then carefully invert it onto a serving plate.
    • Slice and serve chilled!
