Ingredients:

  • 2 packs (400g) graham crackers (or digestive biscuits, crushed)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese (optional, for a richer flavor)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or crushed biscuits (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Layer:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
    • Gradually add the condensed milk and continue beating until fully combined. For extra creaminess, blend in the cream cheese.
  2. Prepare the Biscuit Base:
    • Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix half of the crumbs with melted butter to create a crust-like layer.
  3. Layer the Dessert:
    • In a large glass dish or individual serving glasses, start layering:
      1. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.
      2. Add a layer of whole graham crackers or the crumb base.
      3. Spread another layer of cream.
      4. Sprinkle a thin layer of crushed biscuits or nuts.
      5. Repeat these steps until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer.
  4. Add the Toppings:
    • Sprinkle the top with the remaining crushed biscuits, nuts, and white chocolate shavings.
  5. Chill:
    • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight to let the layers set and the biscuits soften.
  6. Serve:
    • Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your creamy, no-bake dessert!
