Ingredients:
- 2 packs (400g) graham crackers (or digestive biscuits, crushed)
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cream cheese (optional, for a richer flavor)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or crushed biscuits (for topping)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream Layer:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Gradually add the condensed milk and continue beating until fully combined. For extra creaminess, blend in the cream cheese.
- Prepare the Biscuit Base:
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix half of the crumbs with melted butter to create a crust-like layer.
- Layer the Dessert:
- In a large glass dish or individual serving glasses, start layering:
- Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of whole graham crackers or the crumb base.
- Spread another layer of cream.
- Sprinkle a thin layer of crushed biscuits or nuts.
- Repeat these steps until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer.
- Add the Toppings:
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining crushed biscuits, nuts, and white chocolate shavings.
- Chill:
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight to let the layers set and the biscuits soften.
- Serve:
- Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your creamy, no-bake dessert!
