Ingredients:

1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (300ml) evaporated milk (or whole milk)

3 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 packet (12g) unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup water (to dissolve gelatin)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Gelatin:

Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of warm water. Stir well and let it bloom for 5 minutes. Heat gently until fully dissolved.

  1. Blend the Mixture:

In a blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and the dissolved gelatin. Blend until smooth.

  1. Cook the Mixture:

Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan. Heat over low-medium heat while stirring constantly. Cook until it thickens slightly (do not boil).

  1. Pour into a Mold:

Grease a bundt pan or any mold with a little oil or butter. Pour the cooked mixture into the mold.

  1. Chill:

Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or until set.

  1. Serve:

Once set, gently loosen the edges with a knife, invert onto a serving plate, and serve chilled.
