A simple and delicious recipe for soft, cheesy garlic bread with a golden crust, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp instant yeast

3/4 cup warm water

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Topping:

2 tbsp melted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Chili flakes (optional, for spice)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

  1. Prepare the Topping:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the dough into a rectangular or oval shape and place it on a greased baking sheet.
