Ingredients:

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (boiled or roasted)

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro

1/4 cup finely chopped green olives (optional)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup cream cheese or sour cream

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
