Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: grated cheese, herbs, or other fillings (e.g., ham, vegetables)
Instructions:
- Separate the eggs:
Carefully separate the egg yolks and egg whites into two bowls.
- Whisk the egg whites:
Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare the yolks:
Lightly whisk the egg yolks until smooth.
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolks using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the mixture.
