  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Extra parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain the pasta and set it aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water in case you need to loosen the sauce later.

Step 2: Season the Chicken

Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and season it with:

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning

Mix well so every piece is coated with seasoning.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken cubes and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
