🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (1.5–2 kg / 3–4 lb)
  • 700 g (1.5 lb) potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 fresh cloves, minced)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 small onion, quartered (optional)
